2. These terms
These terms apply to orders placed through mc10.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
3. Products and suitability
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging may vary slightly from images. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Read the product label, ingredients, allergen information, warnings and directions before use. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a supplement is suitable, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge it electronically. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when we send dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken, we will refund it.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Current charges and estimates are shown on our Delivery & Returns page and during checkout. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us by email at sales@mc10.co.uk, then return the goods within 14 days. You are normally responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. Further details appear in our Delivery & Returns policy.
8. Refunds and faulty goods
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the legal time limit. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Contact us promptly if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
10. Website use
MC10 branding, copy and site content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for personal shopping and information but must not misuse it, interfere with security, copy content commercially or introduce malicious code.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
