Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown during checkout.
Changing your mind
You may tell us that you wish to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will provide return instructions when you contact us.
Returns condition
Please keep products unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be returnable once unsealed, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Return postage is normally paid by the customer unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty or damaged items
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can help.
