How and why we use it
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain site security, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve our store. Who receives it
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate the store, including website hosting, WooCommerce, payment providers, delivery providers, email services, professional advisers and regulators where required. Payment providers process card details securely; MC10 does not store complete card numbers.

How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal claims. Order and transaction records are normally retained for at least the period required by UK tax and company law. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or your consent is no longer valid.
